It all happened on Liberty Road near Milford Mill Road just before 4 p.m. on Friday. The stolen vehicle was reported to be a Mercedes SUV, with two children under the age of ten inside. Officers rushed to the scene near the Liberty Pizza and Subs shop. Next door at the hair salon, Asha Hall was immediately alarmed by the news. She said, "It’s traumatizing. Imagine the kids must be traumatized by this event. Honestly, as a mother, that would, there’s nothing worse than that. That would scare me. I don’t know what I would do. And it’s horrible that people are just that evil."
